Long Beach was the spot for a beautiful day of photo walking. We started out at the light house near the Long Beach Aquarium and made our way through Seaport Village and into Downtown Long Beach, before ending up back for a cold beer to finish off the walk. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon. Not at all...

Old Towne Orange is sort of like visiting the set of Back To The Future, minus Doc Brown, of course. There's a town square and all sorts of little shops and cafe's. Charm abounds. There's even a drugstore with a real working soda fountain (and the most amazing malts...yes, malts!). It was another fantastic photo walk...this is getting to be a habit. On March 20th, we took to the streets again and headed to Hollywood Blvd. for our monthly photo walk. We were joined by thousands of our closest friends who happen to be there for a huge anti-war rally. The streets were blocked off and flooded with protesters carrying all sorts of anti-war propaganda. Obama was there too...okay, not really Obama, but someone wearing an oversized papier-mâché Obama head, which was pretty funny. So add that to the usual freak show that is Hollywood Blvd. and you've got the makings for some pretty fun photo ops. See the video of what you missed after the jump...

Descanso Gardens in La Canada was the locale of our first walk of 2010. About 60 of the F&B faithful joined us for an afternoon under a somewhat cloudy sky. Though much of the 150 acre public garden was not yet in bloom, there were more than a few stunning photos uploaded to the Faded & Blurred flickr group. After the walk, a group of us went to a local pizza place, called Georgee's. It was a great way to start off 2010, Faded & Blurred style...see the video after the jump.
